Was that a typo? Or was it actually 110! And then 2 different dates? That’s crazy!

Topic: Concurrent Filing - Premium Processing

My understanding is that they start both at the same time. However, the i485 doesn't move on to the next stage until the i140 is approved.

I actually think that's why I'm stuck and not going anywhere fast at the moment. My PP i140 got an RFE and it took a few weeks for my employer to reply. I have a feeling the i485 was ready to be transferred, but when they looked, the i140 was still pending (had a soft LUD on the i485 2 days before the i140 was approved), and so I got tossed in the "work on it later" stack, or landed in a heap on the floor lol!

All conjecture however. It's all a bit of a black box.

Topic: Concurrent Filing - Premium Processing

I did exactly that - premium concurrent, since I am EB3 ROW - EU. Before I filed, it really did seem premium concurrent really moved through pretty quickly - I followed quite a few cases here on Trackitt while my perm was pending.

Sadly, it hasn't been the case for me so far... Nov filing and nothing other than receipt notice so far. The interview processing really has slowed everything down.

But I totally agree - the peace of mind is worth it, even at double the price! I really feel like any small part of this process I can have any control over, is worth pursuing.

Topic: At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for you

So many different responses when folks have spoken with L1 & L2 officers. I just wish they at least had some sort of consistency - I mean someone surely must have sent some kind of memo re this new glitch that is clearly affecting so many.

I mean really. I have no clue what to expect at this point. I'm going to assume I'll go back to "Fingerprint fee received", then anything else will be a bonus.

Mine still says Fingerprint fee received on the phone. I really hope that’s not an accurate status. :(

Yip. You can even see the traffic on this thread, and the few others that keep popping up. Always Wed/Thurs there's the most traffic.... curious...

Correct. On the other site it still says "We received your biometrics fee and will begin processing your case". Automated phone line says fingerprint fee received. The error message appeared last Wed, 1 week ago. I check every day sadly, so I know it changed last Wed.

Could it be that your not going to get an interview??? No basis for this at all but just thinking that status usually means decision has been made or is imminent. And since your interview was cancelled... maybe you’re a lucky one????

I think there has only been 2 folks with RD after March 6th who got approval without interview. You never know.

Me with my positive thinking hat on for all of 30 seconds lol!

I mean who really knows at this point. The status messages are a complete shambles.

I actually th ink that’s likely to be the case at every FO. Even in areas with high tech etc. representations. I think the backlog will now just be starting since were only just getting into a year of mandatory EB interviews.

Feeling so bad for anyone just as the perm stage now, or waiting for their PD to be come current. Can’t imagine what the wait time for an interview will be in a year or two.

After 5 months of nothing... I’ll take it. Lol! Any sign of anything happening is better than a whole lot of nothing.

Interesting to note, all my other cases still show their correct status. E.g My i140 still shows approved.

Maybe this is some movement??? Feeling optimistic today lol!
