Topic: H4 EAD Beneficiaries

if we are not able to get any roadmap to resolve this or showcase in the right perspective, at least we can start sending letters to the Presidents office and Department of Justice justifying how H4EAD has helped, improved and contributed to the American economy. If someone can draft a template on the content, please share on this thread. Atleast I will have the satisfaction that I moved a brick somewhere to voice against this ban.

It's amazing that people who want H4EAD banned are working harder than our group who are the actually beneficiary. Hope this gets changed this time.

As someone already said, it's H4EAD this time, next can be L2EAD, OPT, etc. it's better to fight as a single army than fighting with smaller armies.

Topic: H4 EAD Beneficiaries

I think it is high time we need to get our act together. We need to ignore the naysayers and focus solely on how can we highlight the positive impacts of people working on H4EAD. We need to showcase how it is helping the community and contributing to the overall economy. We can't only keep hoping that we are being treated unfairly or unlawfully, we need to make our case stronger on how it is in the interest of the American economy.
If we need to hire any law firm or PR firm to get traction then we should, but we need active contributions from the whole H4EAD beneficiary group to get this working.

It is Now or Never. We won't be able to do anything after judgement has been passed and then rant about it.

Topic: H1b amendment processing time?

I also received the same email. But need to know if there is any specific timeline from when this new policy will be applicable?
Or is this something which just got declared/came out and is applicable from next office date?
