Forget about congressman. I believe, Indian people who got their Citizenship do not like to see H1 people coming and does not want another Indian to come over. Bhai Bhai ka Dhusman :) Lobby to stop us is from our own people too.

Only plan would work is by doing Dharna like kejri :)

All different groups make their voice heard by doing that except skill legal people (Specific to Indians).

I think, lot of people are not even aware of what and how to do this.
Best bet would be to spread the word through andra paper or there is also telgu association in texas.

Come on andra people become bahubali :))

1) Analysis says 1% chances to pass
2) Bill with 5 Co-sponsor pass whereas we are just seeing numbers game here but nothing is happening. Not sure how much we need to keep hope on this.

Topic: Advice or Suggestion

My parents do not want to come here, they are happy back home. They cannot spend more than 15 days when they come for a trip. So that is not an option.

PHD is an option but kids Aging out so asking myself should I spend for my studies or kids :)
Its not only money, its about family time too which is required.

People still have hope some miracle is going to happen for EB2. In reality it would not be less than 40 yrs of wait.
If government really wanted to do something then it is just signing a paper. Do not think anything is going to happen.

HR 392 has already 220 co sponsor still not going anywhere however bill with 5 co sponsor is passed.

Topic: Advice or Suggestion

I 140 approved 2013 (EB2). Brother is US Citizen since 90's still thought to get GC based on own skills instead of family based. But in this kind of scenario we are into can anyone suggest is it better to file on F4 (family based) (F4 is 15 yrs of wait time) but as per the current scenario it seems EB2 will be 30 Yrs of wait.

Friends please advice or Suggest.

My thought is. All this bills looks like a timepass to me.

Daily some new bill comes but no action. Congress also need to show they are working so they introduce bills and talk daily on that in house or whatever and take salary. They do not want to resolve anything for legals it seems.

If they really want to do something then it just take seconds to sign a paper. Like they have some with executive actions etc.
