Topic: Greg Siskind's analysis of new change is scary

The memo analysis outline premium processing as one of the culprits since examiners had very limited time to approve H1B renewals. Such renewals were kinda happening automatically without reviews since examiners relied of previous approvals. This is one of the things that will change.

If someone need to do PP, do it now.

how did you arrive to this conclusion "The memo analysis outline premium processing as one of the culprits since examiners had very limited time to approve H1B renewals.". Has this been specified on mentioned anywhere?

Is it advisable to go for premium upgrade at this time?
I have all documents and with the same client for years, but not sure if premium processing will cause any harm.

Topic: Moving to Canada will low CRS score

hi Friends,

I was looking for Canada immigration for sometime, but evaluating my profile, I fund that my CRS score is on lower side. Its 400 at max, since I am 33 year old, with bachelors degrees outside Canada and no Canadian work experience. I do have US work experience of 4 years though in past.
Any suggestions what are my chances? Is there another way apart from express entry (I am talking about the way it used to happen until 2014)?

Topic: H.R. 392, Fairness for High Skilled Immigrants Act

I have asked this before, but no one responded. They were all busy with Eb1 A/B/C, consulting companies and other fights.
So I am giving another try.

My priority date is in Jan 2016. Can someone suggest that if this bill passes, when can I expect to get my GC?

Thanks in advance for genuine responses.

Topic: I-140 EAD approved by OMB

Great going. Already there are so many negative news going around and you also do your part to add this new topic. I expected you to be sensible than others. We are all keyboard warriors who will do nothing good but maybe bad for everyone.
I think this is not the right time.

Zero

Thanks all for suggestions. I don't understand why they are doing this. My friends told me that they said that they have people in DC who are on top of all updates. So do they have contacts with lawmakers in current admins? I don't believe this although.

Topic: I-140 EAD approved by OMB

Hi Guys,

I am getting updates from friends who have joined IV group that they are saying the following will be done by DT admin:
1. H4 EAD revoke
2. H1b extension stopped after 6 years.
3. Rescind newly passed I-140 irrevocable rule to be in action from Jan 2017.

Since we have many experts in this forum, can anyone please let me know how reliable is this information? I asked my friends but they say that IV leadership does not tells them anything and asks them first to contribute.
What are chances of above 3 being affected?

Topic: ECA evaluation (Senior Secondary 12th and Secondary education

Hi Friends,

I am from India and will be submitting my profile for Canadian express entry. For educational evaluation (ECA), I created my profile in WES.
My highest qualification is Bachelor of Technology from India.
Please help me with following calcification:
1. Do I need to submit Academic 10th Secondary School and Academic 12th Senior Secondary School, or is the evaluation for my Bachelor of Technology degree is sufficient?
2. I saw in WES website that there was option for Senior Secondary 12th and Secondary 10th qualification. So is it really required? What if I submit my profile for express entry without 10th and 12th evaluation? Will it lessen my chances or its the same as doing it for only bachelors?
3. My spouse has masters degree. So does she needs to get evaluation done for both masters and bachelors OR only masters will do?

Topic: ECA evaluation

hi Friends,

I am looking to apply for Canada express entry. Have few clarifications on the steps regarding ECA.
Would appreciate any help in this regard.

1. Is it enough to apply ECA for me only or should I apply for my spouse also? My spouse will accompany me to Canada.
2. I have read in forums that WES is the fastest in proving ECA. Any idea about the approx. cost per candidate for whole process?
3. I have done my bachelors degree in India. So should I include transcripts from my bachelors degree, plus 10th and 10 degree certificate copies? Would appreciate if anyone can help to know what all documents needed, or guide me to any checklist over web.

Thanks in advance for any help.
