My PERM (A-17215-XXXXX) was approved today. Filed on 8/28 and certified on 1/9.
This is my second PERM and happy to see it finally approved.
Good luck everyone!

Applied on 4/13 and determined on 7/7. Surprised that it took less than 85 days while I was expecting it to be 90 days.

Unfortunately there is no other way. There is a chance that attorney had received yours but have not informed you yet. If not, you should get it very soon as takes around 90 days to get PWD.

It is also possible that they filed but the PERM is yet to be Approved. Only Approved/Denied PERM shows up in PERM disclosure data.

The above is only determination till 3/31/17. They will soon post last quarter data (4/1/17 - 6/30/17) and you can check on it as well.

Check if you see your PWD (based on employer and job title) in below disclosure. There is a chance that PWD may have come and your attorney may be requesting for reconsideration.

It didn't work for my friend. His case was approved so I know his internal id and his internal id was off by 62.

I think DOL sends the information electronically and then hard copy is sent.

PERM takes 3-4 months which will be around Oct 20th latest. If you apply I-140 in premium around Nov 1, you can get it approved within 15 days and then apply for H1 extension based on I-140 approval. You may need to go out for 1-2 months so that if takes more time, you can request H1 extension to capture the days outside US. Best case scenario is that you get approved around Sep end and then you can apply I140 in premium and get approved before Oct 30 and apply H1 extension.
Good Luck!

With DOL, anything is possible. May be your internal id was different.

Yes, it is filled. I heard that if we appeal on the denial, it will become blank and will get filled once the decision comes out.

ID gets filled for both Certified and Denied. Since DOL site is not working, it is pretty much possible that it was certified. My case was denied and internal page was populated the next day.

If Internal ID is filled, then decision has been made on your case. Since DOL site is down and not showing all approved cases from 5/11, it is better to check with your employer/attorney. They should have received the information. Did they file electronically?

Check with your employer/attorney. Internal page gets filled once a decision (Certified/Denied) has been made.

It will show up only if its approved which may take 2-4 months. There is no other way to track the progress.

Perm processing is not stopped as we can see people posting their case was approved after 5/11. It is just the system down that we are not able to see the stats. It had happened in the past.
