Topic: Timeline for passport receipt for dropbox

Hi

I have landed in the same situation. Dropbox docs submitted on Apr 11th and Apr 19th collected the passport with 221(g) to apply for in person interview with CEAC status administration processing. Can you please share some of you experience in the interview.

Topic: H1b amendment processing time?

Hello

Just on the interest of people waiting here to understand the processing time of H1 amendment, I am posting my status. I had my H1 Amendment filed on jan 29th 2016 for a new location change and client. I finally had it approved yesterday while I almost decided to upgrade to PP. CSC center. Good luck!!

Hi

The Processing time as per the below Link says that the I-129 is as of December 2015. In that case you have way passed by October. Did you check with your attorney on why isn't it picked up yet.

Yes. The redetermination came up with the same job code and attorney has decided to go with it since redetermination also specifies the same code. Now my worry is will it have an impact since the job code advertised could be different from what I have received though the job responsibilities are the same. Any idea or information is appreciated.

Anyone has any idea on how long does the PWD RE-DETERMINATION takes? We applied by the end of June around 28th and not heard back anything from the DOL. And what happens if we file the PERM with the differnt SOC code which DOL provided

Topic: H1 Extesnion and H1 Transfer

I have a h1b current validity till 29 nov and my extension is not yet done. In the mean time another company is willing to do a h1 transfer for me in a weeks time. Is that possible that the new company can do both my h1 transfer and extension at the same time? Any risk involved since I am close to current end date? I do not want either of the company to waste the money on my h1b. Please share your ideas.
