Topic: H.R. 392, Fairness for High Skilled Immigrants Act

I'm very optimistic that President Trump will happily sign this bill as he is eager to reform immigration.

Topic: HR392 - Eliminate per-country numerical limitation

The one improvement i would make to this bill would be that instead of a next in line approach allocate EB based green cards strictly on the basis of H1-Bs. In other words if a country has 85% of H1-B's they would receive 85% of green cards, plus any spillover. Percentages of course, would vary on an annual basis. That would keep the lines separate and be fair and equitable solution for all. I'm surprised no one else has thought of it.

Topic: EB1C abuse petition won't help much (here's why)

Yes, there's no such thing as EB1C abuse. It's a myth.

Topic: Eb1 retrogress for India and TSC vs NSC processing

Think of immigration as a system of tubes. The more people flowing through the tubes, the more difficult it is to pass through. Eventually the tubes can't handle the volume and it backs up just like your toilet. This is called "retrogresstion" I hope this improves your understanding.

Topic: Supreme Court Deadlocked on Obama's illegal immigration

I feel really bad for our undocumented brethren. The only difference between them and us is a piece of paper. They are no less entitled than the rest of us and we should support their efforts in the same way that they would support us, if they weren't afraid of being deported for speaking out. Compared with their plight we're living the dream.

Topic: Any updates on HR 3012?

I was just wondering if this bill ever passed? Doesn't seem to have made much difference so far.

That's a brilliant concept! Allocate EB Green Cards by country in the same percentage as H1Bs. Fairest thing for everyone.

Topic: How to report EB1-C abuse?

Maybe this is a dumb question but why would all these big international corporations go to the time and trouble to hire unqualified people with fake resumes? There's not much business case for bringing in a bunch of incompetent phonies, fakes and frauds — let alone the legal hassle if the company gets caught in an immigration sting. How exactly do they benefit?

People have caught on to the whole EB1C thing and now everybody's doing it. They're scarfing up green cards like after dinner mints.

Topic: Immigration and Donald

Hilarity Clinton has promised to fix immigration in her first 100 days. No more automatic 3 and 10 year ban! I believe her because she was really yelling when she said it. So wait another year and everything should be cool.

People should be careful. Pretending to live Canada to circumvent the requirements of residency is immigration fraud and the Canadian government has been cracking down on it lately.
