Topic: H1b extension processing time - Vermont

Hi Guys.., My current Visa expiring on Jan 21st 2017. Where as I have applied extension in May 2016. But still don't have any update.

1. Which date applications are processing now ?
2. In case If I need go India after Jan, then current extension will be processed or not?

I know that I can stay 240 after visa expiry after reciept notice. Thinking to apply premium processing. But can any one suggest, is it right step or not ?

Receipt date : Sep 1st

Servicing Center : CSC.

Selected for new client and need to file Amendment for new client now. Can you please suggest how to proceed?

I have few doubts, can you clarify me.

My Amendment is in progress with client A and my job got completed recently, Now I got confirmed for Client B. My Employer is waiting to file new Amendment with Client B.

1. What will be the situation if I receive RFE for Client A ?
2. How to proceed with Client B?

Hi Friends,

I have valid H1B Visa and amendment is in progress with change of client from Aug 2015. I have recently went to India and came back to USA. My work got completed with A client now, where Amendment still in progress. I need to move another client B. Will USCIC accept parallel amendments as my old one not yet completed? If parallel processing not possible, can I with draw my old amendment? Please suggest.
