Topic: EB3 Mexico - question about priority date, processing time.
Just for the record and future applicants.
EB3 Mexico was current since I send my application, the whole process took 199 days till the day of interview and I was approved the same day, then 8 days later I saw the packages ready to delivery.
I should receive the packages between today and tomorrow.

I got exactly the same three I-797, but the wording is very different... It could be that the officer who sent the notices used a different template for the approval.
The funny thing is that while I was writing this post I got a sms for both applications, I have checked the status online and it changed to "Card Was Mailed To Me".

Did you get your approval notices already? I am just curious of what is the wording there since I was expecting something like a welcome letter, but the wording it's different and my status still as "New Card Is Being Produced".
My approval notices read as follows:
The above application has been approved. Prior to receiving your permanent resident card you may be required to report for biometric processing (photo/fingerprint/Signature). Please do not take any action at this time. If you are required to report for this processing, you will receive another notice advising you of the date, time and location to appear.
If you have not received your permanent resident card or the above mentioned notice to appear for biometric processing within 90 days, please call this office at the number listed below. | | | |

Guys, I had my interview yesterday .
Interview was pretty straight forward, they called me about 20 minutes before scheduled time, then IO escorted to the office.
Verified Driver License.
Asked to take the oath.
Asked for Original certificates (Marriage & Birth)
Asked for last entry and status.
Asked about my duties at work.
Verified demographics information and current address.
Asked for EVL.
Asked yes/no questions from 485 form.
After that IO informed that a final review must be done and will contact if they need any additional info. If not will hear about the decision in a couple of weeks.
IO asked if I have any questions and I said no.
My status changed to "New Card Is Being Produced" a couple of hours after the interview. | | | |
