is not that all our hope for? :) hopefully we will hear some good news, even late. green card application should not take longer than making a human baby. 9 months should be the limit. Good luck everyone!

It is an NIW case, there is no premium processing, unfortunately. RFE would be ok, but it postpones few more months plus attorney charges extra. These are reasons I do not want to deal with. I might wait 2 more weeks, I do not know what is the smart thing to do.

2 other friends who applied around the same time got approvals a while ago. I makes me worried. Another downside is submitting an inquiry. It increases the risk to receive RFE but how do we know they did not lose it. It is very frustrating to just wait.

Hi guys,

I applied on February 26, 2014, did not receive any news and I am worried they might have lost my case. Texas Center moved to April 2 cases, and still no news. Anyone in the same boat? Submit an inquiry increase risk to receive RFE, therefor I am tying to wait. It is quite nerve-racking.
