Topic: I-140 filled in January 2017
I am on EB1.
For I-140 as per USCIS processing time website date is showing 31st January 2017 (last updated 18th July). I am regularly following this. It was 8th February on 7th July.
I have question. what is the meaning of these dates as this dates are always going ahead and coming back. |

Same here. I had talk with Attroney. They are saying currently I-140 approval takes 12-15 months.
In your group, u observed similar cases whose I-140 approved file after 12th January 2017. |

SRC Texas still taking 4 months for processing for I140? Mine filed in January 2017, but till today there is no reply on this from USCIS. |

Dear All, My I-140 concurrently filled along with I-485 on 17th January 2017. Is the new updates as back tracking of dates impact the processing of I-140.?
Is anyone got I-140 filed after or before one month of 17th January 2017?

I have the same case. Mine is filled on 17th January 2017. AOS (I765, I-131, I-485). I got my GC-EAD, AP for myself, wife.
Is there any schedule time lines you observe for I-485 approved by seeing other cases or friends? If you have any idea, please share.
