Topic: I-140 case transferring to NBC (MSC)

I think something is going on... lots of people applied at TSC which by that time chart showing as completion within 4 months but lot of us are waiting.. I heard from few friends that they were concerned on their H1B as their lawyer saying that behind doors no body knows if they will complete full quota 85000 of H1B visas..? what if simply reject few of cases as there is nothing in system that shows full utilization of H1B quota...

Topic: I-140 Successor In Interest

Guys, the reason it forced me to start this thread is I heard first time that I-140 EB2 (Not NIW case) regular processing, case transferred to National Benefit Center (MSC).

First time I 140 application through same employer from first landing in US. I 140 applied on 15th Jan 2017 at TSC, on 29th Jan, received transferred notice saying that case was transferred to NBC (MSC) to speed up the petition ("your case") at NBC center. They gave NBC address and also mentioned that this office will have adjudication for case and that office will notify you for any thing regarding the case.

so far have not heard anything. no update or RFE etc. looking to TSC processing time, my case would have been processed by mid of May 2017.

Any thoughts, clue or anyone has same experience ?

Regards,

Topic: In GC queue: What is your Net Worth?

I started my 401k in 2015, I have permanent job but no GC. I-140 under process. the only thing that hesitate me so far for not buying house is I-140 under process and i feel like I am being underpaid with my employer. He is UK based, good employer for work/life balance but feel like I am being underpaid by looking to my age, and same kind of skills currently needed. I am not in IT field.

Topic: In GC queue: What is your Net Worth?

Guys, by reading this thread (very interesting), i really need your TRUE opinion that HOW AM I DOING ?

I am 35yr old, started work in US from last 5 yrs, living in MA, married, have one kid 3.5 yr old, wife not working and I am making 85k.

saving- 140k
401k started late - 16k showing in my account. i don't know if that figure i should refer to check my fund, not calculated taxes or panelties.
NO investment in stocks, MFs. have one house bought in India, that was before I started work in US. no debt.

if I want to compare just to check how i am doing? what would your thoughts guys, I want to listen true, honest and open answer, so that I can really get motivated if really I need to do something big to save myself.

Topic: I-140 Regular processing time - Texas service center

I-140 transferred from TSC to NBC (MSC):
Applied on 15th Jan 2017 at TSC. Received notice on 30th Jan saying that case transferred to NBC/MSC to speed up the process. But as of now, nothing heard back from either TSC or NBC/MSC. I have not heard anyone case normally they transfer to NBC(MSC). Looking to TSC time, my case would have been processed by mid of May 2017, but nothing I heard.

Any one here has same issue in past or current? Any thoughts...?
