Hello,
My i-140 application was received by USCIS on 12/07/16, case is still pending.
H1-B renewal was filed 08/17/17 will be completing 6 years on H1-B in couple of months, however I have an approved i-140 from previous employer so hopefully that should help me in getting a 3 year extension
Any other folks waiting for more than 10 months for their i-140 approval ?

I would go for Company H, G, F and C that would be 5+ years
Current job experience would not count I guess.

Hello All,
My Employer filed for my I-140 at the USCIS (Texas Service Center) and they received it on Jan30th.
Its been more than 40 days but surprisingly I haven't received any receipt number yet. I checked with my attorney and he said he will look into the matter.
Is there a way that I can get to know the status/receipt number?

Off lately my employer has been receiving lot of RFE's for the H1-B's, infact the one's applied in Apr'13 has not been resolved yet, so I am wondering if this will affect my I-140 application.
Any responses appreciated. |

Hello All,
I am new to this forum.
My PERM was filed on Mar13. I have the case number as well.
Initially my attorney mentioned that it will take about 90-120 days and when I checked back after 90 days got to know that its delayed even further to 150 days.
Is there a way to know if my application is certified ?
