Didn't need to feel the need to update after I got my EB1 done...BTW trackitt is not an official website where people post all info. Its less than 25% accurate. So... keep your fight on trackitt on, and you will get your green card.

I have my green card. Though I have friends who are waiting and sympathize them. Well.., as far as you are concerned you are jack asd and all the best with your wait. Guess you won't even be alive to see your actual green card.

Let's fight together... ? On Trackitt ,??? Looks like you are the biggest FOOL in this world to think that there is an alternative to HR393, which IV has been fighting for over a decade now. Sitting in front of the computer and typing in some smart ass words like this on a Friday will not help your cause. You will be thrown out of this country if you don't acting fast towards HR392 and it's strong supporters, ie IV.

Topic: H4 EAD case

Mr. Know All. H4 EAD is NOT law. It can be rescinded through a law making process in 6 months time (once it starts). This is similar to what was talked as 140 based EAD and how much of it we really got it. It appears that you are one ignorant person as far as how the law works.

Topic: H4 EAD future?

Yes. I agree with you on fake H4 EAD Resumes. Unfortunately this is the direct result of fake H1 Resumes prepared by Desi Consultants!!!So first H1 needs fixing.

Topic: Indians aware of visa issues here

If you really would like to change your life and get yourself a green card without waiting all your life I suggest that you involve yourself in getting HR392 passed. All you need to do is go talk to your congressman. It's not rocket science, trust me. Join Immigration Voice folks on Facebook and they will be able to guide you on how to get the bill for voting and have it passed. If you work now this bill may get passed before September, so the choice is simply yours.

Topic: EAD for H4 Visa Holders

My Date of Birth on the I-94 on my H4 extension I-797A has a typographical error. I already raised a request with USCIS to have it corrected last week and am awaiting its arrival.

Now the question is, while applying for my H4 EAD, should I wait for my corrected I-797 (with the DOB corrected on I-94) or can I go ahead and apply for the H4 EAD with the form that has the typo ? However, there is nothing wrong with my spouse's primary H1 I-797. Note that my EAD is expiring end of March.

Please reply ASAP. Thanks.

Not sure if you are an IV person. If you are, then can you tell why the HR213 is going to help only FEW as you have mentioned above ?

Topic: I-140 EAD approved by OMB

Just a question regarding the actual subject of this thread. Would anyone know when the rule is expected to be approved by OMB? Any specific timelines? Guess it's been 2 weeks since it's been submitted to OMB.

I think different petition types have different targets numbers. The smaller the type of petition (like low impact type petitions) will have less signatures that would be required. The one that is currently going on appears to be the highest impact type, and as a result requires 20 times more number of signatures than the one that YOU signed. Did you ever ask yourself why the one you signed required a paltry 5000 signatures, while the ongoing one has a requirement of 1000,000 ???

So... did you ask your attorney why a German would even go through the EB1 OR or EA route when the NIW route will be lot easier ? Your attorney's rationale makes no sense to me ...

Please post comments in the Regulations.gov website http://www.regulations.gov/#!submitComment;D=US... and ask them to provide the following for ATLEAST the individuals with NIW approved I-140s:

1) Provide portable work authorization or EAD for individuals with approved I-140, atleast to the ones with approved NIWs
2) Please remove the restrictions while applying and on renewals of EAD,
3) Provide Advance Parole and Travel documents to freely travel internationally for reasonable periods of time, without jeopardizing their LPR status

Please have some patience. I am sure they are planning on something. You can post your comments in their facebook page, they usually promptly respond to your questions.
