This is not the first time I read your attitude answers.
Hope you are not another Bill gates to invent a new technology in 2100. But please stop being sarcastic to others problems.

Topic: Bond break in India

.
NSR would never know about bond breakage. They only mention in the remarks as "Not proper Exit". Which implies many circumstances.

Topic: Bond break in India

.
It is quite common in India to ask for bond or charges for expenses on training or visa charges.
Which sounds ethical for employer perspective and other way on your end. Your employer asked only 2500$ as expenses which sounds so much genuine to me. Similarly there is one big company (W*****) which asks for 10000$ and does lot of harassment. They asked me to pay 12500$ which was quite higher on my limits. Though I stayed in that company more than 3 years. I tried a negotiation which did not work out. I have tracked all their harassments and forwarded their unethical treatments to closure team and fought with them. Finally I have got all my closures without any dues.
.
Due to unstable situation on H1B, I would recommend paying this 2500$ and get all genuine closures from your employer. Because if you need to go back to India, most of Indian IT companies verify your experience history through NSR (National Skills Registry). So your history will have a remark just because of 2500$.
.
If you wish, you could wait and see & take the risk too.
End of the day - it is your call.

This shows the greedy nature growing up in human beings ... There are 100 of types of animals, birds do migrate for living. No animal break other animals legs... No bird twists other bird's wings. Its only human beings who strangle other's necks (Intelligent of all animals) & wants the doors shut just after them.

All the guys who have got GCs, or worked in US for more than a decade. They never think about younger generations, who have completed their graduations and aspire a beautiful life just like you and me a decade ago.
.
We do not have any right to demand who to come who not to. We are living for survival. These greedy attitudes they want to milk more money, want to bill 150 instead of 100. Please rid of this I-Me-myself attitude.
.
This country is for all those who want a better life. These boundaries are defined by us. Do not kill others dream just for your sake. Please pray for everyone's good. Do not be so greedy. Live and let live. If you want to fight, fight the companies who are killing this green earth and save us and yourself.

Topic: Contract to hire position - Employer creating issues

Thanks guys for replies...
My H1b transfer is completed. Still can they revoke I-140? I doubt so... they probably can not revoke my I-140. I am not an expert in it.
.
Mine is also a similar boat, a typical desi company, where I need to remind payment 3 times every month.
Sometimes they paid salary after 2 months also... but they did the deposits.
.
One question - The HR guy sent an email just and asking me to send a mail to them saying that, I am not joining the client. Then he will send the salary itseems.

Topic: Contract to hire position - Employer creating issues

As you clarified, it is MVC model. So how does a company (CCCC) work on a CTH project, if they are not willing to let employee join the client? My general term and clause they say is - I am never allowed to work for the client.
With that said - how will I be allowed on a CTH project?
.
I have the offer letter, but it doesn't have this clause anywhere. In each project agreement, they put this clause not to join the client. So current project is also an example of such.
.
This employer CCCC is a proven example of bad payments...I probably might have sent 60 times reminders to process my salary in the last 4 years. They are that bad with process and system. I have all those email chains of reminders for pay checks.
.
1. Yes - I am joining as FTE with client. I am no more doing contracting.
2. Okay - If my joining with client is legal, I am doing everything legal.

Topic: Contract to hire position - Employer creating issues

Hi friends,

I am working for a Indian consulting company CCCC and working on a contract to hire job through a middle vendor VVVV.
After certain contract period, the middle vendor VVVV asked me to join the client as it is a CTH position.
I have never signed any offer letter as such with my consulting company. So I joined the client. My consulting company (CCCC) didnt pay last month pay check, not settling bonus money, and are not issuing experience letters, which comes to around $15K. This CCCC company processed my I140 2 years ago.
My questions -
1. On C-T-H positions, can I not join the client?
2. He stopped my payment. What can I do? Can I fight on it legally? - If so, could someone suggest please the lawyer/attorney?

Goutham
