Yeah, at the same time forgetting the roots is not correct either. Mr. Pullaiah may be proficient in 3 other languages, but you are stuck with English and nothing else. At the same time, Americans can speak English and only English.

I think only goal of boss1 is to get scolded by everyone he comes across in his life. Not sure why he loves to be hated and beaten up with words from his irrational, illogical, unscrupulous, useless arguments.

Attitude matters much more than English. What good achievement you got with your exemplary language skills, other than getting hated by so many here for your arrogance.

Topic: The New York Times article on the backlog and H4 EAD issues

I agree, I used to travel to Midwest for work, some people who earn a gross income of $4800 per month were considered upper middle class, for few its a dream. One thing for sure is that most of the Indians are so happy to show their wealth. Not sure how does it help in reality.

Topic: The true reason for 70 years GC wait

There is a lot of bashing of India and there are some supporters too here. I would like to take a different tone, a country's history, fate and culture should never be judged by few decades, but by several centuries. If we judge India by last 2 or 3 decades or last 7 decades since we got independence it only shows ignorance of the person.

I want to present my arguments for both the scenarios.

Let us look at 2500 years of known history of India. Read the 'Economy of India' on Wikipedia. India was a rich country, advanced in all aspects like, philosophy, science, technology, innovation (Examples: Read Mahabharatha, and Ramayana, and stories of Krishna - please do not attach religion to it). You will find philosophy, management, big bang theory in Bhagavadgita.

You will find a lot of technology and science in Mahabharatha - Test tube babies, war weapons etc. Ramayana is no exception. In the interest of time I don't want to cite too many examples.

India was looted and ruled by foreign nationals (again no religion here please) for almost 1400 years, and all wealth was lost. Once upon a time India contributed to 35% of world economy, at the end British rule India was no where economically with famine everywhere and unable to even feed their own country men. 70 years fast forward which is so less in the history of any country, India is 5th biggest economy by GDP-PPP. This is not a small achievement (please do not discuss Congress / BJP here).

Every leader that ruled the country had their fair share of positives and negatives to the country. But as a nation with so much of diversity we sustained, we progressed, we built the wealth. Agreed there are problems in the country.

If you want to get a good picture of how resilient we are, look at the African and South American countries. Their culture and languages have been wiped out completely. But in India we retained both with very very less impact on the people. Isn't it not an indication that we are here to stay?

Also look at the Indian diaspora, we do a lot in several countries, people of Indian origin are the CEOs of top companies, and making the decisions that can change the world.

Please stop this stupid North / South divide, language barriers, cultural barriers etc. Without Punjabi's country may not be safe, without Andhra, North Indian's may not see what rice looks like, without Bangalore we wouldn't be here talking IT. Without Kerala we wouldn't know that a communist state can achieve 100% literacy. Without Bengali's we wouldn't be having freedom, and our National Anthem. Without Puri Jagannath temple we wouldn't be appreciating the beauty of Indian architecture.

Every state, every part of the country has its own beauty. Its just that we don't appreciate what we have. Please stop blaming any country not just your mother country. I can keep on going praising mother India, but will stop here.

I appreciate your optimism, but the bill is dead. With elections just 6 months away for 116th Congress, what makes you think that it will come for a discussion and will be done? It is impossible at the moment.

And thus you are back again with a new name EB1 Boss. So many times you were kicked out and blocked by admins, and you have this psychological problem of irritating others and enjoying the fun out of it. You are still not an American and if this country decides to audit all EB1Cs you will become Indian in no time, not sure why you keep showing middle finger to your own country men, which probably includes your parents, sisters, and siblings.

Topic: RHC MEGA Rally in DC - April 15

For the benefit of all those who are arguing the numbers. Let's do some math.

DC area has about 4000+ families of Indian origin all in all (MD+DC+NVA). Many are GC/Citizens, so they won't participate in the rally. Assuming 50% are on H1 we are looking at 2000+ families. As I said in my previous post there is a caste based political gambling happening, and another caste which opposes the caste representing from Southern State is already not buying into this rally. Just FYI, this caste is affiliated to Dems, the caste supporting RHC belongs to some other caste. There is a spring break in DC area so majority may be on a vacation or may be coming back from vacation, so chances that they participate are slim.

Out of 2000 families I would assume may be 25% will participate, number for that may be 500 to 750 from DC area (this is a very optimistic number from my opinion due to caste based politics out here in DC). Not sure how many will come from neighboring states such as NJ, DE, NC which are within driving distance, lets assume another 700 from there.

How many would fly from rest of the country? That number may not go beyond 500. Overall a number of 2000 may be optimistic but not impossible. I would speculate somewhere 1000 to 2000 is a possibility but not guaranteed.

Those who attended previous rally felt that they were cheated because they realized the political agenda in the pretext of helping them, so the word of mouth has it that many are not curious to go.

Given above permutations and combinations 1000 to 1500 is a possible number. Let's see how much these guys would boast on the final number.

PS: I am not going because of the political motive than projected motive. When I know its a clear agenda for them, I don't want to be used. Also I did not donate to either IV or RHC. Once again I strongly suggest not to waste your time. I was part of this WhatsApp group of RHC for their first rally. Their political motive was evident.

Topic: RHC MEGA Rally in DC - April 15

Unfortunately the whole community is divided between IV & RHC. I have been watching IV and thought that these guys are trying to do some good, but arrogance shown by some of Sr. Leaders in IV was unimaginable, especially on those who question them.

Coming to RHC, honestly it is for the political mileage of Shalabh than for anything else. The guy who supports RHC in DC area is known to me, he is associated with an association from South Indian state which is known for their caste based division. This guy belongs to a particular caste that has majority of say in the language based association. The head of this language based association needs some political mileage and hence he is assembling them people from DC Area. Everyone is using this rally as a pretext for their political mileage.

Fools are those who contribute their personal time and money to these kinds of organizations and expect something to happen.

PS: I am not associated with either of IV or RHC, and never donated a single penny to any of these organizations.

You can call me if I want to enjoy free benefits out of the result. If you want to argue that way, I would say I never asked for it.

My suggestion is please do not waste your time and money trying to support these organizations. Invest your time in enhancing your skills and increasing the demand for yourself in the market. I know EAD will give freedom to move the jobs, and it may be frustrating if your employer is bad. But there are equal number of good employers as well in the market.

Racial attack on a public forum:

I know it is not a right forum to ask this question, but what are the options for a person who was attacked on a public forum racially by another person. Public forums such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter etc. One of my friend had such experience twice from the same person.

Indian nation in Hindi is "Hindu Rajya", think it as that way. Hindu is not a religion its a place, people keep calling "Sanathana Dharma" as Hindu. They don't know it. Hope this explanation helps. We who follow "Santhana Dharma" are also known as Hindus because of the place where we live, we are subset of Hindus.

Like all people living in American are called as Americans regardless of their religion. Hope your nerves are satisfied now.
