Bro - I can't agree more. Mine is 10/11 and still waiting.. Even if we would have received audit in 3 months, it would be approved by now. But at this point, we are still not sure if it will go for audit or it will take months to be approved.
I checked with attorney a couple of times. they don't have any clue either.. I am just praying for all the backlog cases (from Aug, Sept, Oct) to be looked upon soon.
All - If possible, please request your attorneys to reach out to DoL to get an update. |

Mine is 10/11 and still waiting. No audit so far
When I checked with my Attorneys, they mentioned as below.
"In my experience, the delay likely means that it will be audited. but I will let you know if any of the still pending October cases get approved."

You are right! One of my friend whose PERM was submitted in Aug still dint receive the approval.
He was already maxed out and moved to India last month. I don't know if this trend will continue for other months as well (Sept, Oct, etc.) - i am praying it should not!

Oct 11 and still waiting. I think 65% of the Oct cases were approved so far, so we may have to wait for another 1-2 weeks to hear some updates on the pending Oct cases. Stay positive that's all we can do! |
