Topic: H1b extension processing time - Vermont File date -31st August 15'. Applied Premium - 2nd March16' Approved Petition (till 2018)- 10 March. Received the Petition - 22rd March '16 However, My I-94 status on I-94 homeland security page shows Admit until 31st March 16' , as before(no change)..I am confused here. Do the approved petition doesn't mean my stay is extended too? Or at the POE the I-94 is going to be changed?

Topic: H1b extension processing time - Vermont Hi All, Is there someone who has gone to India and returned without issues having amendment in progress and a valid visa.? Amendment receipt date: 31st August '15. My visa expires on 31st may '16. However i94 on website says 31st march, but in my passport (from my previous entry) the stamp says admit until 31st may. I am confused , am I good to go India and come back(without filing any premiums). I have plans to go by mid April and return by end April.
