I tend to go to bed very early, but my girlfriend doesn't so I had here schedule mine haha. She said you have to jump on it at 12 am exactly. By 12:07 all the slots were gone.

Hi All -

I had my info pass today at Federal Plaza. Appointment was for 8:30, I arrived at 8:15 and saw an officer at around 9:30.

The officer was very nice, he looked up my case and didn't say a thing. He just grabbed some papers and started writing. He asked me for my phone number, and my email and wrote it down on his form.

Then he told me that my case was just in line to be processed. I asked if we were waiting on any kind of checks, and he said "No, it's all perfect, I'm going to ask to get it expedited".

He handed me a paper titled "FILE AND MAIL ROUTING" on which he checked "File is located" and "Your required action is requested". At the bottom of the form, he wrote "Please Expedite". He told me that he was going to get that request upstairs and I should hear in a few weeks.

Overall, great experience. I don't know that I will in fact hear soon, but I am happy to know that at least the checks are done. I really hope this works and I can get approved in the coming days.

Thanks for posting your experience. I have my infopass on the 17th at Federal Plaza. When you left your interview, you most likely got a paper saying waiting 120 days. This paper also contains the name of the interviewing officer. Could you share with us please?

Welcome to the club. I really hope you hear soon, but be prepared for months of waiting :/

I'm on week 17, and finally have an InfoPass for the 17th. I'm sure nothing will come of it, but that's pretty much the only thing I have.

Don't believe there is any harm in putting the name of my IO here. The paper I got at the end of the interview said my IO was Mr. Arthur

Hey there, same situation as you except I interviewed in December. I, too, submitted my suppJ during the interview and got the receipt a few weeks after that. I'm on day 106

How did you manage to get an InfoPass appointment at federal plaza?

I guess my overall timeline isn't too bad (especially considering yours). My application has been pending for less than a year (August 2017). I just did not imagine that they would take so long after the interview. They interview you, get all the info needed, and then just throw your file in a pile? Why not make a decision right there and then.

I haven't renewed, and will definitely start SRs/congressional etc... once I reach the 120 days. Also trying to schedule an Info Pass but that's also ridiculously hard to get.

Just relax, it's a DHS website, it's legit. You'll get your card very soon.

Topic: Field office times new website - redesigned

Bahaha the NYC office has this range: 9 Months to 21.5 Months! Are you kidding me? There's literally a year in between the 2 dates. I'm going to start giving this kind of estimates to my customers too: "I'll be done with your project in 10 days to 11 months".

I'm trying to make an info pass, but even that is hell. I have tried to schedule one twice (stay up till midnight), but no luck yet.

And it says I cannot raise SR because it's technically not outside of normal processing.

14 weeks after interviewing seems quite excessive.

That’s awesome, congrats. I’ve been checking this new website ever since I discovered it. Still says interview is scheduled. It’s been 14 weeks now that I had my interview .... I don’t know what’s going on.

I feel you guys, I'm 91 days and I cannot take the wait. I actually wish I were at the 120 days mark, I feel like from that point on, I'll be raised SRs every day, calling them everyday and requesting a senator to raise SR as well.
