It is really frustrating as there is no order in their processing. Hope you get your approval soon.

Thanks zshan. Have you filled service request? I think for me it was effective as I got approved 14 days after service request (and one week after I received a reply from USCIS regarding my service request).

How many have you raised? The responses were different for other SRs?

I raised a service request on July 14th and today I received the regular response from USCIS:

We have received your service request and researched the status of your
case. Your case is currently with an adjudicating officer. You should
receive a decision or notice of further action within 60 days.

I sent an email to my lawyer to raise a service request and waiting for his response. My RD is Nov. 4th. By the way, can I raise it myself or the lawyer should do it?

Once i uploaded the files and returned to the home page, my status changed to under review. I just uploaded the files through the link " respond to RFE" (nothing special)
Then, the day after, i called them and requested for expedite.
