It feels good. But it would have much better if they have approved way before without premium processing...
Anyways, good luck to all.

Employer pays to attorney and attorney pays to USCIS on behalf of you, but at the end you need to pay to employer.

Either through USCIS website with Receipt number and get in touch with your employer/attorney. Calling employer/attorney may not be good option.

Only way to get status update is through USCIS website.

COngrats...

Glad your employer did sent you soft copy. Most employer don't do that. I assume soft copy should be enough, but you can request USCIS office or try with your employer again requesting him to send softcopy once he receive.

My lawyer said ,he raised SR but no updates yet. This is really insane. I guess they(USCIS) wanted extra money through premium process which is the reason I assume they are holding the normal processing for so long.

Just a wild guess :(

Topic: Need Info on Service Request

Hello Guys,
I applied for my I140 around dec last year and case is still pending. I did check the texas processing time and it shows 4months. So I have requested my lawyer to talk with USCIS officers and raise a service request. As per employer, looks like service request has been created and waiting for any kind of decision.

So my question, if request ticket is created, does initial status on SRC number changes and service number is reflected on it?

Hello,
I applied in Dec and haven't heard any response back. I requested my lawyer to create SR ticket . Hopefully should hear some response back within 30-40 days.
