Topic: I-140 Regular processing time - Texas service center Hi there, My i140 was received by USCIS on May 17, 2017 but it has still not been approved, whereas USCIS website show that they're processing the cases received after this date. This is EB-2 case in regular processing. My immigration lawyer has raised an SR but not sure when would I get response or hopefully the approval on my case. Thanks.
