My extn was filed last year 18th May 2016. USCIS processing time in the site shows as May 16, 2016.
does this mean they are processing May-2016 applications now?
I am asking this bcoz, it shows this on the top of the chart
"Field Office Processing Dates for California Service Center as of: November 30, 2016"
Not sure if they are saying during November they were processing May- 2016 applications?
can someone pls clarify.

Thanks...so the case will be on priority is what you mean..?
actually my attorney is on leave and hence waiting for his return...My employer is saying only attorney can check with USCIS..
and since I paid for the Premium, they are not eager !!! :) |

yeah.. not sure what needs to be done... My attorney is on leave... cant do anything much for now...
not sure whoever had this scenario... how was it handled...
can someone advice or suggest what can be done if the case is in premium and its more than 15 days..
any help/reply would be really appreciated!! |

It normally gets updated the same date or next day.
my PP was received on Apr 7th as per UPS, but site was updated on 8th April..
I am still waiting for approval... |

Are the premium processing approvals getting delayed? Mine is more than 15 days as of today.
I upgraded my amendment on 27 feb and I got RFE on 9th March 2016.
RFE was responded and new received date was 8rh April 2016. Status shows- RFE response received since then.
There is no status update and since it is in premium i was expecting to get the approval by 22 April.
has anyone been waiting for amendment/extension in premium processing for more than 15 days?
Would really appreciate suggestions/ advice. |

Hi,
If you have travel plans.. then upgrade it to premium...
for me its a long wait for almost an year now.. upgraded to pemium on feb 27 and got RFE on 9 March
responded to RFE on April 8th and still waiting for response :(
I would suggest go for PP, if you really dont have time.. finally its up to you.. :) |

Replied RFE and case received on 8th April 2016.
yes, i directly got RFE notice and then my attorney got details after 2-3 days |
