Hope you are doing great.

Have a Nice days.

Sandy

Hi Spartanz,

First of all Congratulations on finally making it.

I have been following you close to 1 year right from PERM group till i-140. Thanks for all the info.

Currently my I-140 in pending, it actually moved to NSC from TSC on JAN 2017, so I have submitted SR in mid aug and they mentioned I am not Employer, and again resubmitted the SR second time and no reply. Now I don't know where to see the status. Can you provide the link pls.

Topic: I-140 case transferring to NBC (MSC)

that's the weird part, knowing that center is processing slow why they transferred ...only they knows and now they don't even show some i-140 categories under NSC timelines.

Is H1B premium halt making this slowness, can we relate to it or NSC is still on par with TSC in timelines, and we see it very delayed because of the # of cases in NSC to be more than TSC ..

No one knows, I wish we have some report that gives us how many cases that's been processed just like permCheckers.

Hi,

There is nothing much you get suggestions about this transfer unless someone had this similar situation.

My case as well transferred from TSC to NSC on Feb 10th (received dt: Jan 27th) and still waiting. So just have to wait and see.

Hello,
I am on the similar boat. Case filled in TSC during january and koved to Nebraska on 10th February.

As per UScis case will be processed under NSc timelines. Its unfortunate that our cases pushed to NSc

My case is SRC12782.... But struck with NSC. Never mind, i just hope all our cases process soon.

Lets be positive.

Its very strange. All TSC i-140 timeliens updated to Feb 1

I think it must be a glitch from the author. On the other hand is there any news on processing halt? I dont see any news.

My case Id starting with SRC initially posted to Texas service center and unfortunately moved to
nebraska centee on 10th feb and they mentioned this will.not affect the processing time.

Received date is Jan 23th, so what surprises i should be ready for

A. Will my case treated under texas timelines or nebraska timelines
B. Anyone experienced this movements and is this movemrnt made anything good for the case.
C. Anychances the case may transferred to texas center?

Please throw your experience / assumptions

Topic: I140 application for CTS (Cognizant) employees

Hi,

Good to know that You have a wonderful director..

I would like to know, for Premium Processing, does they need below statement or just a word APPROVED enough from the Directors e-mail.?

Do GIT really need this statement ?
"Though GIT Don't suggest Permium, I here by approve the i-140 premium processing for so and so reason.."

Also please suggest what is the reason that Director gave for your i140 Premium processing.

Topic: We transferred your Form I-140, Immigrant Petition

Yeah, it looks like nothing can be done,

I was thinking, if Employee can process premium with external attorney, but that doesn't looks like a viable option in this regards.

I wish NSC on day wakeup and cleans up all pending Applications.

Hi All,

Mine got applied I-140 E2 in last month, I have a similar case hjunaid (3), had one prior experience (3.5) and CTS 4yrs offshore, and would like your guidance on my case...
Initially my case posted to Texas service center SRC17098*** but last week, they moved to Nebrasca Service center, not sure what would have happened, anything to worry about ?

I did some google and found it could be becuase of workload balance..

Any thoughts appreciated ..

Yes Acer that's right,

Looks like at times USCIS will move our cases to different Service centers to manage work load, that's what happened in my case as well I guess..
