Topic: Today's Stats from DOL

Need an advice. My PERM was finally approved on 1/24. I had to leave the country a week before my max out date (1/21). My lawyer just informed me that in order to file the I-140, they need my signatures on PERM hard copy. Given that I am in India at the moment, I am afraid that this step easily adds 1-2 weeks to the process. Is there any way to authorize another person to sign the PERM on my behalf? Would really appreciate any insights here.

If the case date is from June, but the priority date is August - would the case be read as a "June" case or "August" case in the stats above?

Hi - My PD is 08/07 and the case creation date is 07/25. Still waiting to hear back. Given that DOL has started processing Sept cases - should i be worried
