Topic: 100 CEO's write to support DACA

Are you aware about corporate america? I am sure you should be having some idea, but if not you can just read stuff online and get an idea. I would also recommend you to watch some documentaries about walmart as to how they are and were keeping the
wages low from decades.
Bottom line is number of h1b's from one specific country are always going to remain high so that the residency backlog remains huge and hence virtually keeping them servant. Things will change only when these companies find an alternate which is even cheaper and efficient then the current system.
Its always the big lobbyist who drive government policies.

Well invest time in spreading the awareness to your area representatives/senators. Also talk about how h1b is hijacked by a country with your friends and fellow citizens of this country. Send letters to senators and oppose all the bills that remove country cap.
Remember no corporate supports such bills. So leverage that too for your benefit. Call, send email or attend your house representatives town hall meetings.

Topic: 200k getting deported

Finally an administration that is working for the citizens of this country. We hope soon the draconian H1B visa will see its end, however we all know its very tough to get this done. But if its done that will be the best thing ever happened to this country.

Topic: H.R. 392, Fairness for High Skilled Immigrants Act

I think i have slight idea what your talking about, though not as much as an expert you are.
You guys are talking/fighting/begging for GC (green card aka permanent residency). You all are targeting employment based (EB) category 2/3 to get this. There are 5 categories EB1toEB5. And each individual is subject to a numerical limit of around 7% (based on his/her country of origin) out of the 140k GC available in EB category.
In recent times most of you guys came here via H1/L1 route (mostly know as TEMPORARY NON IMMIGRANT work visa) by gaming the system and forging the documents.
There is a concept of Spill Over (SO) which also used to benefit you guys but that too dried out since some of you gamed EB1C and sucking up all the GC's.
And now Eb2/3 guys of the most backlogged country came up with this bill HR 392 to remove country cap and inflict the pain caused by their wrong doing to whole planet earth. But since the bill is not going anywhere, one of your advocacy group known as Immigration Voice (IV) suggested you in their conference call last sunday to give an extra $1000 in exchange of GC amendment to be included in HR 392. Hence resorting back to methods you were following in your home country.

An addition of $1000 per application. LOL this sounds like giving bribes in exchange for GC. I have heard that their is rampant corruption in your home country. And you think same is going to work here too?
