Hi,
Me and my wife planning to get visa stamped from Mumbai consulate. We have filled two seperate Ds 160 form and planning to go for the interview together at the same time. My question is do we need to take seperate finger printing appointment or my wife would be able to come in with me for the same?
I have created a profile for cgi federal website which helped me to take fingerprinting and visa appointment. Do I need to create seperate profile for my wife and get seperate fingerprinting appointment?
Any help on this one would be appreciated.

Hi,
Need quick advice- is it really required to recapture the time period you hv stayed outside the United States for h1b petition? If the I 140 is approved and a person has reached the end of 6th yr of h1b or already past the 6th yr, would the lawyers need to recapture the time period? Any advice would be helpful. Thanks |

I am looking for some information about the recapture time for h1b visa. Is it required to recapture the time after 6 years of H1b extension with approved 140 petition? Most of the information provided online indicates about the recapture time during 6 years of H1b but there is no information about the recapture time after 6 years of H1b extension. What happens if someone has approved 140 and has passed 6 years of h1b, does the lawyers required to recapture the time or would it be fine if the time outside the US is not recaptured? Would it make any difference ?
Any advice on this would be really appreciated. |

Topic: unable to retrieve DS 160 application form - Visa stamping Ind
Hi,
I need urgent help inn retrieving ds 160 form. I do have application id but unable to retrieve the form using that application id. I get error that "surname does not match" and "year of birth does not match". I have paid the visa fee using this application id, and I guess would not be able to change the id or fill up new application form. is there any way to retrieve this form? Any help would be appreciated. |
