Topic: Indian immigration rally today at white house

By taking a look at the comments on the article I can see there is no support from Americans for H1B and no sympathy at all to resolve the backlog problem. There might be some indirect benefit for backlog if there is an immigration reform but overall any type of immigrant legal or ilegal won't get any support.

Topic: Immigration Reform is coming soon

let's compare apples to apples and not try to mix H1B, Daca and H4 kids. I've been reading many posts comparing H1B holders with DACA kids when clearly there is a big difference as to what group they represent.

I agree H4 kids are in the same situation as DACA kids both of them don't know anything than the US the only difference is that kids from DACA program have to leave like it or not in a couple of months and H4 kids have more options to stay and extend their visa at the moment.

When logic is used to prove what you are talking about doesn't make sense you switch from comparing H1B holder to H4 kids.

I'm not going to leave this forum just because I don't agree with you, you can keep whining all you want, I'm not going anywhere haha

You keep comparing yourself with DACA kids as if you deserve to stay more than they do.

Let me explain the difference for both in case you highly skilled brain doesn't understand it.

They are trying to keep DACA kids in the country not because they owe them anything or deserve it, they are doing it under humanitarian reasons this people don't know any other country than the US. What would you do if all of a sudden you have to go to Afghanistan a country you don't know anything about?

In your case you came here as an old man, if you wanted to, you can easily go back to your country become part of society and continue living your life without any problem.

You decided to come to this country under your own free will, DACA kids didn't (This is the main difference between you two)

There is sense of urgency on getting DACA kids a legal status as if they don't do it by March they will have to leave the country and as you mentioned in your previous post, extensions for H1B are still getting approved without any problem so nobody is kicking you out and there is no urgency to change that process as of right now. that can wait a few months or years who knows.

Topic: Goodlatte bill coming today - Any details ?

He wants people from Norway because they are white that's the only reason, he doesn't want people from Haiti and Africa because they are black, he's racist and doesn't hide it.

Topic: EB ROW injustice

Saying every country can apply as many H1Bs as India if they wanted is just unrealistic, let's say India applies 0.015% of their population of 1.3 billion that would make 195000 applications against another country like Moldova with a population of 3.5 million if Moldova applies even 0.1% which would be a lot more than the percentage India is applying it would only be 3500 applications so there is reason why other countries are not applying as much as India. The same problem that gives India a benefit of getting more H1Bs is the same problem why you have to wait so long however you don't seem to be complaining about the advantage India has over other countries when applying for this type of visa.

Removing the cap is not fair but convenient for India not having a cap just allows indians to get more GC based on their population. We all know that, you just don't want to say it.
