Agreed. With automation, cloud, AI, self driving & God knows what. There will be severe backlash on anything remotely related to immigrants.
India EB2/EB3 >= 2010 has close to zero chances. Everyone should actively work on the backup plan. Canada PR / EB1 (Find right employer & work outside US for 1 yr.) if at all possible. This party can stop anytime.

Keep close ties to India & always be open to possibility of moving back.

couldn't agree more. Least we can do is to ignore them.

Topic: E-filing vs Paper

Frinds, thx for responding to my post.
I have an update, I got an email few mins. back that card production ordered. It is kind of unbelievable for me. Just 30 days completed today. less than 15 days from FP. Now I hope it is not because of some processing error :-)

Topic: E-filing vs Paper

I thought time starts from the day we e-file not on the day FP is done. Am I missing sth?

Topic: E-filing vs Paper

I efiled for EAD. I am on L2 and didnt have an SSN no. at the time of filing. I sent the all the documents although it was not mandatory ( Passport, I 94 copies, L1 Petition etc). I got the FP done. I see very few people opt for e-filing. what is the reason?
