Also there are trolls / bots on here too. Just look at the user id called "H4EADisbad" or whatever. Here are things to watch out for when dealing with bots / trolls:

1. Are they encouraging admission, corroboration or sympathizing with illegal activities?
2. Are they a single purpose account. Does an account, without consideration for facts, disparage one group over others.
EG: A dedicated account like the one above that hates H4 EAD, there are accounts that simply comment bad things about
DACA, few months ago there was an account simply saying Indians are cheap labor in each forum topic, etc.
3. Unrelated messages. Like someone was asking for hookers in this thread few days ago.

Topic: Can employerB extend H1B beyond 3+ years?

Hey, I changed 4 jobs in last 8-9 years. I have 2 I-140s approved. After my first I140, I did extension twice, no problems.
The PERM was applied though, not sure if that changes anything.

I never had much control over each companies processes since I have always been full time. Most companies apply PERM within 6 months of hiring.

I agree and I know what you are saying. If you look up, the weird ass comments in my post are from H4EADIsBad and I was replying to that.

I think you are spot on. We have got ourselves a troll here. You see the history of posts and realize that each time this troll has stopped a good discussion and diverted the topic.

I will keep this respectful, I don't do much swearing anyway. Hopefully you'll get some perspective. Let us check your last comment.
1. Recently in Disney and SoCalEdison 100s of American workers were replaced by cheap H1b:
What makes you think that these H1Bs were cheap? Obviously there is no way you actually have any proof.
Maybe they had inefficiencies in their system, maybe they had many old people and bloated IT. Maybe them doing it means the companies will run better.

2. Note that these H1bs were not high skilled
Again, these guys know the technology. Worked at offshore, impressed Disney and SCE enough to take these steps. USCIS approved their H1s.
I suspect you don't have any proof of their high or low skills as well.

3. So few years down the line the same H1B's will enter the GC queue. So the 100's of Indians who should not have been on H1B in the first place are now in GC queue and clogging it
Again, no proofs whatsoever, broad assumptions, etc. You remind me of babushka. 90 year old, knows nothing, forever housewife.

4. So the problem is with the low wage desi consultant model which is clogging the system. The treatment of US immigration system seems fair. I for one do not support these type of H1Bs getting GC. I am not one of them. It is not the responsibility of US government to make sure the wage cutters are kept happy.

I now get it. You are uncle Tom of our generation. You cannot help it. You live to serve. Have disdain for your own brethren.
I truly despise you.

Just look at all these Desis suddenly thinking DT is their best friend. Damn! This admin is so racist, are you not following politics?

I know that this policy might benefit me UNINTENTIONALLY, I am relatively younger, FT and good salary so I might get lucky. Doesn't mean I will get into bed with these clowns. I always liked GOP more, still like some of their economic principles. But this admin is different. I don't want to get GC alone I want ALL my friends to get it if they have been in the queue. I have FT friends, "WITCH" friends, I have Mexican friends. I even have a few friends with MS who later "adjusted" their resumes to get into consulting. But at the heart of it, these are educated, good people. They pay taxes, they are not violent, will never start gangs.

Indians getting a hard on by DT speeches are just like Indians from a book I was reading about Bhagat Singh (freedom struggle), and when the Bhagat singh and others go on hunger strike in jail, the British jailer gets angry and the Indian cops under the British jailer get so offended that their "sahib" is getting upset, that they start torturing the Indian prisoners out of their own volition. Without realizing that when British plunder and leave the country, they are all in this together and the next generation has to pick up the pieces.

Did you all not see them throw bread at people in Puerto Rico?

Topic: Real Deal : Illegals are REAL Problem for Legals

If OP, Diane, etc are not trolling, you all are sad sad people. Dreamers are kids who were brought at such a young age that most of them do not remember anything other than their lives in US.

All of us H1, L1, OPT, etc have consciously decided to immigrate, there is a huge difference. Dreamers do not know life outside US.

Plus it is not like it is your seat they are taking, India has a set limit and you are in a separate queue than the Dreamers.
