to sosonic:

A lot of the certified/withdrawn data are removed from the performance data. You just need to focus on the most recent quarter.

My Perm go certified yesterday (PD Dec 8) ( I see it from the ICERT portal) but my lawyer did not receive any email confirmation yet.
I thought the lawyer get it even before it is published in ICERT. Can someone please confirm what is the regular behavior. Thanks

Mehedi, Congratulations on the approval!! This is great news, regardless of how you found out first :)

I do have a question for you, do you know what is the hardest step in the green card process? Is it the perm of the adjustment of status part? I asked this question before but no one answered. I just would like to know at which stage we can sit back and relax....

to sarrita:

Very interesting question !!! Usually I do not post anything under PERM forums but I cannot resist myself answering this question for you.

Every step in GC is critical. PERM is ofcourse the very first step to stand in the GC long queue. I would say this step is not as hard as far as your company, job and position is legitimate. Note, PERM is all about company and has nothing to do with individual.

Next step which is I140 is most crucial step after which you may relax a bit :). This step scans everything about the individual, company, salary, job, duties, education, experience means everything. Thus this in my opinion is hardest and most critical step after which you have crossed most of the hurdles.

Final step is adjustment of status which is not as bad or very hard as far as individual has maintained all its tenure with no employment gaps and without breaking any laws.

Hope this answers your question.

The hardest thing for me right now is waiting for my perm approval. I switched jobs so my PD is current in April and May, but I can't file 485 because of perm still in progress.
