By looking at the pace of Certifications and holidays ahead....processing might only start middle February. Anybody else have input?!

I just checked August thread and seems DOL is finally picking up on August applications. But again next week is Christmas, so it might slow down a bit. I am hoping we see some approvals for Sept in January 2018.

True That - I know one person who got PERM approved from Mid-Aug. Sept should start in the new year Jan 2018 ! Good luck everyone.

Today one of the PERM was approved from Aug 30 but they will pick Sept cases only when Aug cases reach 40% approvals - I hope we can see Sept Processing in Jan’18 if everything goes well :)

Last year this time, September was 60% done.
But not much there that any of us can do, we can only hope for the best...!

August was the same. 5 cases were approved and then it stopped. I think August still has a couple more weeks to go before September kicks in

Filed perm on 09/10/2017. Still waiting. How long does it usually take to get I-140 now-a-days ? Started my GC process in Feb 2016. It's been close to a yr and still no I-140.

You can file 140 in PP, and get result in 15 days.

Can you guys give me a brief summary of what you have prepared for the next forms to file?

I'm asking because my lawyer is the "not really on top of things" type - I have to email them a couple of times each time something comes up, to find out later that we could have prepared that document weeks ago...

anyway - a friend was telling me I could go do my medical exam, have any of you done this?
how are your lawyers taking things?
