To moonyla83; I agree I think your PD will be October...fingers crossed we all get our wish.
|
to karthiksubbu:
yes, you are correct. There are 4 cases certified.
|
to moonyla83:
Looks like your case was created in August but not submitted until October, so most likely it will be in the October batch. A similar situation to me mine was created in July (A-17203) but not submitted until Aug 23rd. Hope this helps.
|
My case number A-17212-xxxxx generated in July(Jul 31st to be precise) was filed only on Aug 17, I am not sure if this is to be considered an August or a July case. Please redirect me if I am on the wrong discussion/topic. However my question is related to processing and tracking of cases. I see no updates on any of the regular sites(trackitt, permchecker, dolstats and permtrackr) after Nov. 15, which is almost a week back. All of these pull data from the icert registry to which they have a link calling it their data source. When I click on it, it takes me to the DOL site and errors out saying invalid CAPTCHA. Did the DOL site add a CAPTCHA to their site that is preventing tracker sites from getting the latest info? Or has the DOL really not processed any case after Tuesday of last week?

To answer your 1st question, yours will be August case. And about your 2nd question, I can't answer it completely. I saw 213 cases today on DOL website, all are July cases. Not sure why these mentioned websites don't have data.
|
to saikrishnan7:
Post this under the thread 'todays stats from dol' . More relevant in that thread and more will see it.
|
to karthiksubbu:
How do you know? where can we see if August cases has started?
|
Mine is submitted on 3rd week of Aug 2017. Don't know the exact date. Anyone around the same timeline? My draft date is 202 -> July 21st 2017.
|
Looks like a decent number of August cases approved in the past 2 days. Anybody in this thread got approved?
|
to venky1a2z:
no :(..Still waiting for mine..07 Aug PD
|
Most of the Aug PD approved cases are of Facebook company. If the individual is from FACEBOOK then only chances of his/her getting approved in last two days.
|
I don't know why we keep 2 threads for August PERM Cases...anyway...
As I posted on the other thread too:
My PERM was certified yesterday.
PD: 8/7/2017
Approval date: 12/12/2017
Number of days: 127
Best of luck to those who are waiting!

to hokuspokus:
It would be nice if DOL process files in an order instead of picking random dates month by month

to spirusd:
Thank you for posting your details.
One question: My PD is Aug 16 still awaiting. How do we check audit status? Meaning the icert.doleta website only reports cases that are certified /approved ?? I see that there are a lot of cases with PD of aug 25 in approved status.does that mean that mine is audited ? not sure how to understand what is going on.. please suggest.

I had found this below in some thread here at Trackitt.com.
I hope it will help you.
How to find out your current PERM status.
OK, let say your A number is A14281-12345
1. Find an approved case with an A number close to yours (I use DolStats.com).
2. If the number found is smaller e.g. A14281-12340 then subtract this number (last 5 digits) from yours and you get +5. If the number found is larger e.g. A14281-12349 then subtracting this number from yours you get -4
3. Click the the iCert link for the case you found in step 2 and view the case details.
4. Edit the URL. The last ID in the url is some internal ID used for the PERM cases but it is sequential. So your 'internal' case number is this ID number plus/minus the value you calculated in step 2.
If you see a bank case with no data or default values it means your case hasn't been processed yet, or is in audit.
If you see a case with correct values it means you case has been processed. Now, if you can also see your case in iCert, and PermTracker.com or DolStats.com then your case has been approved. If you cannot find your case then it has been denied.
It seems cases are sequential in batches, so if you happen to be at the begging or end of a bath/sequence this may not work for you, but for the majority of cases you should be able to find yours.

to master113:
They pick the cases randomly (my guess it's more on Company to Company since Facebook company cases are being processed no matter when they filed in Aug month). Hold on for few days before assuming your case is in Audit or not.
|
to spirusd:
So does this mean that audit cases cannot be seen on icert.doleta web site??

What is the Case Date column in the DOL Perm Checker indicate? https://www.permchecker.com/ Is it same as the Perm Draft Date or the date at which the case was submitted to DOL? My Perm Draft date is July 21st but mine was filed only in 3rd week of August. Anyone who has got approval from 2nd of 3rd week of August here? How to know if the case is in Audit?
|
to master113:
That's correct. Audit cases won't be available on iCERT site.
The only way to get that information is either from Attorney or Employer in case of Audit.
|
to master113:
This is my understanding... The more experienced users here can answer that.
|
to theandroiduser:
Case Date column of PERMCHECKER.COM is Case Submitted to DOL (not the draft date).
There are few cases which got approved yesterday which are from 2nd or 3rd week of August. Again it's on Random basis and only 1% of Aug cases have been processed yet. Long way to go, buddy!
Patience is the key here.
FYI... Mine is Aug 11th and it's not yet processed.
|
to baigfahim:
Today they processed cases with PD of Aug 25.. Seems kind of odd that they wont let us know if its audit or not.
|
to master113:
Yeah it's odd that they neither let us know the Audit Status nor publish on their site but that's the way they've been functioning for a long time. We just need to go with the flow.
