MY attorney told me he filed PWD on mid April(4/15) and hoping to hear from DOL in about 3 weeks. Now it's already more than 5 weeks. Is there any place to check the status? Thanks in advance.

PWD are not going to be coming back until July 1st week.
The wages are due for update, effective July 2011 and DOL ( National) are slow in updating their system with all the data collected from every state.
Even they are able to update their system by June 30th, the PWD approvals will start after that.
I see April and early May filers have received but later ones have not. Hope they come back soon.

My source of information is not creditable, I am basing this off from the experience of last years filers in May. I know many filers from work who last year same time were stuck.
I only hope this delay is not every year around the same time.

Any new May PWD processed for PERM?
By the way, I was flatly refused by my Lawyer that I could check any status online. He said it was only for use by HR and or Legal Representative. Employee is neither ..
