After responding to RFE on my NIW application they denied it on OCt22 2015. I filed on Apr 2014.
The main reason was citations. I had 31 when I applied and 52 at the time of RFE.
Should I wait and apply again or appeal? I mmay get more citation in net couple of months but nor alot as the rate of citation in my field is not high.
Please help. I have 2 weeks to figure out.

Hey man, sorry to hear that! I just saw your post. I wonder what you have done after all? Could you figure it out the best solution? I have only 27 citation (26 at the time of filing). I am a postdoc at Johns Hopkins U but my field of work is really dry in citations. I wonder if you can share what USCIS mentioned as the reason of rejection of your case. Did they really say the denial was solely due to the low citation number? 31 seems good to me. In that case they will reject mine as well!!!
