I filed on June 15th and still pending. Got my EAD and AP approved, but I140 and I485 still pending. No RFE's or anything just: "case was received" and no updates after that.

Per USCIS processing time table, in October 31st they were processing applications filed on June 2nd:
I-140 Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker Multinational executive or manager June 2, 2015

EB3 (I-140/I-485?I-765/I-131) concurrent application with receipt date on April 27,2015.EAD and AP received on August 2015.RFE (on I-140) received in early December 2015, replied to and USCIS acknowledged receipt of RFER on December 2015. Still waiting. I-1485 still says Fingerprint Fee Received.

Mine was filed on July 2015. Concurrent Filing.
Got AP and EAD. But no luck in 140 approval.

Even I applied on 08/21/2015 but I don't see a message like yours when I check my status. I guess you should be happy that they are doing something with your application! Please let us know if you see more updates.

EB1C does not have premium processing in USCIS. So I have a hard situation and I am waiting with frustration and hope.

Yes, I am hearing many waiting for more than a year for I-140.

There are cases with 3 months of time concurrent filing I-485, I-140 and sailing through. It is just the way it is... strange. As long as it gets approved, I will take it...

is not that all our hope for? :) hopefully we will hear some good news, even late. green card application should not take longer than making a human baby. 9 months should be the limit. Good luck everyone!

When I filed my NIW on November 4 with TSC they sent it to NSC right away and sent me a message that they are doing so. They are trying to equalize the work load of the service centers that is why. From then on I have been waiting for any update. However, it is weird that they waited that long to make the transfer in your case. On the other hand, since they touched your application again (after they received it in August), they might decide on it soon so hang in there.

If you are in a hurry to get the result, you can always upgrade to premium processing. If only PP is available to NIW I will definitely do it to ease my anxiety over this process.

yesterday i receive update that My I-140 Transferred to NSC on 01/15/2016 .
On the Transfer Notice ..Notice date was 01/15/2016 and Receipt Date is 08/21/2015. so still i need to wait another 4 to 6 months to get any update or NSC will consider my Receipt date ?

Guys,
I don't understand all the rules. So this might be a naive question. How are you'll getting AP & EAD without I140 being approved.
