I am still waiting for petition status of my H1B FY17-18 under level 2 wage. I have not received RFE so far. What would be the possibility that my petition will be approved.

I think the same thing will happen with mine too, I have raised SR on 10/28 and it was assigned to an officer on 11/06. Now waiting for any update on that. i could able to check the status of SR, after signing up into the USCIS portal and adding my case. Thank you

My RD is 20th April, Attorney has raised an SR few weeks back, Portal still shows SR is not assigned for processing.

I am checking online processing status for Texas service center and it shows they are processing I-140 (Advanced degree or exceptional ability (E21)) cases as-of July 1, 2017.
Does it mean, they already processed up to that date or they are considering cases filed up to that date?
My RD is 06/13/2017, so I want to understand it is already processed or being processed.

If you raised the SR you can expect a response in next few days indicating that they cannot disclose any information to you because you are neither the attorney nor the beneficiary on this petition. Either your employer or the attorney that filed the case should raise a SR for USCIS to disclose anything related to the case. You should also see SR status on your case even if it raised by them.

I am not sure how to interpret these processing times on the website because people after me were getting approved under PP and I was getting anxious because of uncertainty.
We upgraded to PP on October 25th (as dates became current for Indian nationals in EB-1 category) and got finally approved today. :)
I would strongly suggest to go for PP if dates are current for your country/category rather than wait for forever. I can completely relate to the pain and stress.

My EB1B case is pending since March 2017. My attorney raised SR but didn't get any satisfactory answer. Do you think I should go for premium processing?

My priority date is on Sept. 2016. Response to RFE was received on April of this year and still no update. Lawyer has also raised SR last September but the assigned officer has not responded.
