In the 2nd one nothing like the file is with officer or something?

My 2nd response was slightly better like with Officer etc but ultimately no use. Raised my 3rd now.

do you get your attorney to do this? or Company to do this?

I understand - as a Beneficiary self cannot do this SR request. Isn't it?
Or it is possible after certain time window?

I ask my Attorney to do it.

After every 60 days you can raise SR.

to WaitingGuy1:

Actually, I was able to raise a new SR 30 days post the response date from 1st SR in case of I-140.

I am considering waiting a little longer and see if I hear an update by Feb end. Per the attorney the cases are usually taking 12-15 months these days. So, they are hoping to hear update in next couple of months is what they shared with me..

To be honest everything is getting speculated nowadays.

There is no difference between what we OR Attorney observes. Like most of my colleagues already got GC in their hand & they filed on a similar date.

So in a nutshell now nothing is as per rule but it's all about which case they are picking up & how they are processing.

After your wait of 60 days I recommend to go ahead with SR.
