What you are missing is the DOL PERM numbers for EB2/3 INDIA from 2010 to 2014.. look how many approved applicants are there and that should help you to adjust your calculation..also you may not get much spill over if there are enough ROW applicants every year going ahead (PERM just takes 6-9 months) due to a good economy.. only a recession (with less ROW applicants) would turn things in our favor.

ignore this idiot. Senator Hatch is also supporting our cause and will reintroduce I Squared act in Senate which has country cap removal, GC recapture and solution for H1 abuse which resonate with base. Republicans are slowly coming to support as they now acknowledge we are high s ed and fit the definition of merit based immigration advocated by President.
we need to meet our lawmakers and request for their support for our cause. need to increase awareness of GC backlog and how its hurting future job creation and innovation.
on republican side Hatch, Cotton/Purdue, Goodlatte, Yodar are supporting us, on democratic side Ro Khanna, Tulsi Gabbard, Elizabeth Warren are supporting us.

Everyone, please do this. These letters do indeed help.

If you cannot find time to do such a simple thing, you have no right to just whine here on the internet about unfairness.

Republican Sen. Lamar Alexander of Tennessee, one of the leading forces in the bipartisan group, was also vocal about a narrow approach.
"We don't have to solve the entire problem of legal immigration in this bill," Alexander told CNN. "All we really have to do is focus on the young people who were brought here illegally through no fault of their own, and border security. Sometimes taking small steps in the right direction is a good way to get where you want to go."

Hello Everyone,

I see some folks talking about Sen. Hatch's Bill on Immigration. I follow this forum and multiple other forums regularly and wanted to inform folks here on some key efforts under way on Immigration.

RHC founded by Shalabh Kumar (you can read about him at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shalabh_Kumar) is leading an immigration reform effort for Indians who are stuck in the EB 2/3 backlogs. They are working with the Republican Lawmakers and have found Senator Rand Paul as a to champion this cause. Sen. Rand is in turn working with Sen. Hatch, Rep. Yoder to create a bill for us. RHC is planning to run mass media campaign on our immigration issues to educate the American masses and get their support for our agenda (through polls etc). This requires small donations for all affected, the total funds required is $5Million. RHC is also working to unite all organizations ImmigrationVoice, SIIA, LIFE under one umbrella to fight for our cause, which is

#ClearGreenCardBacklog
#EndCountryLimits
#DALCA - Legal Dreamers (Dependent kids of H1B holders who will age out at 21 and would be out of status)

We are planning a mega rally (20-25k attendents) on April 15th in DC which will be addressed by Sen. Rand Paul and other Lawmakers. Please download the messaging app "Telegram" and join the following group to support this cause for our own sake, plan to join the rally on 15th April in DC and also spread the message to friends and colleagues in the same situation. Friends its #NowOrNever, please join & support the cause, else GC will remain a dream after working so hard all these years

There is a flyer for this event, not able to attach a jpeg here. Please see the facebook page of RHC Immigration Solutions.

We had organized a rally in DC on Feb4th 2018, which got media coverage on Washington Post, economic Times India, NDTV, Hindustan Times among others. We are raising the awareness, we need to continue building the momentum to achieve our goal.

Really sick and tired of attending rally's and attending advocacy events. I don't hold anything against anyone but really really pessimistic at this point of time. Sometimes I think all these organisations pretend/really doing something but I am just not in a position to believe anything, the moment we think that something is gonna happen unfortunately that's not happening the very next minute. Its been 10 years since I started my GC process, I am freaking tired and I really don't see any hope, everyone including Dems and reps knew that the Immigration system is broken but still no one wants to fix the system and there are sisters and brothers who are standing in the line like me over a decade, this doesn't make any sense. I am really sorry if I said something wrong anyways, God please show some mercy upon us and please help us god :( :( :(.

Wow that is a lot of sadness.

First of all know that you are not alone in this. There are lot of us who are absolutely sick of the events. It is indeed stressful. May I recommend you not to visit trackitt for some time and not follow immigration news. After all, no one is asking anyone to leave the country and if they do one day, god forbid, know that it will be a huge blow to the economy. Hope this helps.

Thank you brother, asking one(especially desi) not visit trackitt is like asking a dog not to run after bone. We all live with a hope in this country, hopefully something good happens soon. God is great and kind :).

to gcwaitsunny:

I can understand and empathize with you, we all share the same pain and uncertain future. I had lost hope too, but I think this effort has the promise to be successful. One key issue in the past had been that, our organizations had so much reach to be able to introduce a bill or add to a bill or amendment a bill. This was not good enough, introducing, co-sponsoring, amending bills achieve nothing. There has to be a plan for passing the bill as well ... only then it becomes a law.

RHC has the political acumen to understand this, they are currently forming a Caucus (CHC - Congressional Hindu Caucus) which will help support and resolve the issues that the Indian community faces in the US. This Caucus will be formed by the end of this month, and will be the driving force behind resolving the issues the Indian community faces in the US. The Eb2/3 backlog being one of the key issues at the current moment.

I feel RHC understand the politics in the US and is making a plan that will succeed. I will request you to gather up whatever small amount of energy you might have been left with, support this effort and include as many of your friends and colleagues who are similarly impacted.

You will hear the news of the CHC soon and then following that the DALCA add to follow on mainstream media. I hope that will validate what I have mentioned here.

Thanks.

Now that DACA deadline is over(March 5th). Does anyone have an Idea when the house is gonna bring the DACA bill on to the floor, I know at present DACA is protected by SCOTUS for now. I read somewhere that Bob goodlatte bill Secure Americ's Act should be on the house floor soon. Timeframe wise what date/when is it gonna be on the house floor. Any Idea?

If nothing is happening, just wondering what is whole purpose of you being on trackitt, to just tell everyone that nothing is happening. Not trying to Insult you or something. Are you just saying it just like that or did you get the Information from any source that nothing is happening, just asking. If you are just saying just like that I absolutely do not see a point in talking about it, please do post a URL if you read that nothing is happening about EB Immigration. Coz if you ask me the same thing I am sure and read it somewhere that house is working on DACA but not very sure when is it gonna be on the floor. My question was very clear when is it gonna be on the floor.

Guys rather that throwing a free statement that nothing is happening, please post a URL source where you read the exact thing, Thank you one and all
