Hello

Below are the details of my EB3 and EB2
1. EB3 - concurrent filing with priority date Jan 2006
Receipt Date: 5/10/2007,
Approval Date: 7/24/2007,
Priority Date: 1/24/2006

2. EB2 - I 140
Receipt Date: 9/15/2016,
Approval Date: 10/19/2016,
Priority Date changed to: 1/24/2006 (Date ported from the previous EB3 Application)

Sent an email to the on 11/28/2016.
I see a LUD on my I485 on 12/6/2016 stating "Name was Updated".
Received a response from the "Immigration Service officer" on 01/13/2017.

I waited 90 days counting from Dec 8th and called the service center and I was told that I need to wait 90 days from the last email response which is 01/13/2017.

Please advice how i can move forward. My case is current and I am waiting for it be picked up.

Hello - You should reach out to your Congressman's office. They will be able to reach out to USCIS immediately (Hopefully the same day via Phone) and get a response.

A majority of the people that are trying to port their case, including myself had success taking the Congressman's route.

Good Luck.

If you need additional details, follow the EB3 to EB2 porters only thread.
