Hi,
I got an email from USCIS today mentioning "Your Case is Still being Reviewed". I had done figure print a week ago, after which my status changed saying your case is under review. However, I have another email today saying Your Case is Still being Reviewed. I have never heard USCIS sending an additional email mentioning case is still being reviewed. Anyone any thoughts?

I used to receive this email too. Just indicates, no change in status. I mean your case has not proceeded to the next phase.

You can check in the tracker.
It took 6 months for the interview to be scheduled. SF FO is backlogged.

There is no rule and time frame to change the statues online. mine since beginning "Case Was Received." all of sudden it changed to "In line Interview".

I became a citizen middle of last year. And I still get an email once or twice a month saying my case is still being reviewed and there are no updates at this time. Don't worry about those emails. They're an artifact of bad coding.

The ones getting these kind of emails are under surveillance for a specific program.

Hey pistonsfan, you know you can turn off these notifications in your online account settings right? I had to do that since I was getting these even though I naturalized almost a year ago. Downright weird man. Kinda of like getting messages from someone you broke up with who isn't quite ready to let go.....lol |

Haha, I know right? That email account only gets emails from the USCIS and no one else. So I don't bother :D. |
